At SHPT, I use a wide range of versatile equipment to create sessions that are completely tailored to you — your goals, your fitness level, and your confidence.

SHPT is built on the ethos of "Train Wild" — breaking away from four walls and turning nature into our gym. Parks, gardens, woodland paths, beaches — movement feels different when you’re out in the open. It’s energising, grounding and incredibly empowering.


Training outdoors also invites resilience.


We dress for the weather, layer up, wear supportive footwear, and embrace whatever the elements bring. That mindset — adapting, showing up, moving anyway — builds strength that goes far beyond the physical.
