I'm Sarah Hallworth, founder of SHPT Body Blend. A holistic training method that brings together personal training, nutrition, coaching, and therapeutic mindset support to help you build strength from the inside out.
For over a decade, I've coached clients across Hastings and the East Sussex Coast, delivering transformational training in parks, beaches, open spaces, studios, homes and workplaces. My approach blends my background in Muay Thai, running, dance, person centred counselling and lifestyle coaching to create a truly personalised, whole-body experience.

A safe, compassionate space to explore, heal & reconnect with yourself.
Alongside my work as a personal trainer, I am also a qualified Person-Centred counsellor and mentor, offering a gentle, non-judgemental space where you can talk openly, be truly heard, and move towards greater emotional clarity and wellbeing.
My approach is grounded in empathy, honesty and genuine human connection. I believe that when you feel accepted exactly as you are, at your own pace, you begin to uncover your own answers, your own strength, and your own way forward.
Whether you're struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, loss, addiction, feeling stuck or simply carrying more than you can manage alone- you don't have to navigate it by yourself. I walk beside you as you explore what's happening beneath the surface, supporting you as you reconnect with resilience, confidence and a deeper sense of self.
I offer counselling in a way that meets you where you are most comfortable, including:
- Face to face sessions
- Online (video) sessions
- Telephone counselling
- Walk and Talk Sessions
- Home visits (location dependent)
Every person's story is unique, and so is the way we work together. My role is not to tell you what to do, but to help you understand your thoughts and feelings from a place of safety, acceptance and compassionate curiosity.
Where Counselling Meets Coaching
Counselling and Personal Training are offered separately, but the empathy and understanding at the heart of my therapeutic work naturally flow into my coaching- supporting you as a whole person, inside and out.
